Central to our business ethic is a commitment to ensuring environmental sustainability. With the increased global demand to manage the earth’s precious resources, the forum company has embarked on carbon–reduction initiatives throughout our business. And we like to work with our clients to enable them to run greener events and conferences. Some of our initiatives include using online registration and email as primary communication methods and creating downloadable presentations rather than printed material. On the catering side we source the freshest available local ingredients and serve fresh filtered water eliminating the use of plastic bottles. Our venues are designed to make use of natural light and fresh air and we have installed light sensor systems that activate only when movement occurs. From our admin office to our conference rooms, we are constantly looking for ways to reduce our carbon footprint.
